Cancelled events
If an organizer cancels an event, ticket holders are refunded the full ticket price to the payment method used at checkout.
Postponed events
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, request a refund through Help & Support.
Change of mind
Tickets are generally non-refundable once issued, unless the organizer states otherwise on the event page.
