By buying or listing tickets on Allied Events you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully.

Each digital ticket carries a unique QR code and may be scanned once. Duplicated or altered tickets will be refused at the gate.

Event organizers set the ticket price for each event and ticket category. Before payment, Allied Events displays the ticket subtotal, any service or payment-processing charge, and the final total payable. No undisclosed charge will be added after payment begins.

Charges may vary by event, ticket type or payment method. The amounts displayed in the checkout summary and accepted by the customer apply to that purchase.

Allied Events currently retains a 15% platform commission from gross ticket sales for an event. Any other agreed service, payment-processing, refund or chargeback costs may also be deducted from organizer proceeds where applicable.

The applicable commission and charges are disclosed to the organizer before an event is submitted. Organizer payouts are based on cleared sales after commission, applicable fees, refunds and chargebacks, and are paid to the organizer's verified payout account under the agreed payout schedule.

Refund eligibility depends on the published refund policy and the circumstances of the event. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive instructions about the applicable refund process. Refunds and payment disputes may reduce or delay organizer payouts.

Organizers are responsible for delivering the event as advertised, including dates, venues and line-ups. They must provide accurate pricing and event information, hold any required permissions, and honour valid tickets sold through Allied Events.
